- Use the maintenance request form with your address and a description of the issue. For true emergencies (fire, flooding, gas smell, no heat), call our 24/7 line at (617) 555-0199 instead of waiting on a web form.
- Who do I contact about my lease?
- Reach out through the contact page with your property address and question, and your property manager will follow up.
- What's considered a maintenance emergency?
- Fire, flooding, no heat in winter, gas odors, or anything posing an immediate safety risk. Everything else can go through the standard maintenance request.
